Log in
Log in with your email and password. Every staff member has their own login (Owner/Manager/Cashier), so sales are tracked separately by who made them. You can switch between Bengali/English anytime from the top right. After your first login, you can change your password from "Shop info" if you'd like.
Get to know the dashboard
This is the first screen you'll see after logging in. At the top you can see today's sales, today's collections, total outstanding credit, and how many products are low on stock — all at a glance — with a graph of the last 7 days' sales below. On desktop the menu sits on the left, on mobile it's at the bottom — on larger screens you can collapse the menu to free up space. Everything for running your shop is reachable from here: sales, products, customers, purchases, staff, and billing, all together.
Make a sale
Go to "Sales" from the menu. Search by product name or code, or pick a category above to find products. Tapping a product opens a phone-style dial pad — enter the quantity there (if a product is priced by both foot and piece, you can pick the unit at the top too), then tap "Add to cart". The cart on the right (at the bottom on mobile) always shows every item and the running total — tap the "×" to remove something if you make a mistake.
Take payment
Once the cart looks right, tap "Complete sale". Choose one of cash, mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket/card), or credit. For cash, tap the ৳500/৳1000/৳2000 buttons or type exactly how much the customer handed over on the keypad — the change due or amount still owed is calculated automatically.
Sell on credit
If you pick "Credit", search by the customer's phone number. Pick them from the list if they're already a customer. For a new customer, tap "Add new customer" and enter their name and number right there — added instantly, no need to go to the customer list separately beforehand. Then tap "Confirm sale" and the amount is recorded against that customer as credit owed.
Give a receipt
Once the sale is complete you'll see this screen with a green checkmark. Tap "Print receipt" to print via a thermal printer (80mm/58mm) or download a PDF. Tap "New sale" to start a fresh sale.
Manage customers & collect payments
The "Customers" tab lists every customer and how much credit they owe. Tap a customer's name to see their full transaction history (ledger). When a customer comes in to pay off their balance, enter the "Amount" and "Method" (cash/mobile banking) and tap "Record payment" — their outstanding balance drops immediately.
Record a purchase
When you buy stock from a supplier, enter it from the "Purchases" tab — enter the product, quantity, and cost price, and stock increases automatically. If you don't pay the full amount right away, the difference is recorded as credit owed to the supplier, exactly like customer credit.

Manage products
The "Products" tab lists every product along with its price and stock. Add new products or change any product's price/stock right here. Products can be organized by category or grade (e.g. Diamond, Gold, Silver), and each grade can have its own color for quick visual identification.

Get started fast with the Starter Catalog
For a brand-new shop, go to "Starter Catalog" from the Products page — it shows a ready-made list of products/services based on your type of business (Hardware/Pharmacy/Salon/Superstore). Select the ones you need, enter your own prices and stock, and tap "Add selected" to add all of them at once — no need to type each one in individually.

Update stock
After importing a new product list, or during a routine stock count, go to "Update stock" from the Products page to enter stock levels for many products at once. Each product shows its current stock next to it — enter the new (actually counted) stock and the increase/decrease is calculated and applied automatically, no need to edit each product one by one.

Change many product prices at once
When the price of raw material goes up or down, you don't need to edit every product individually. Pick a category or grade, enter the percentage or amount to increase/decrease by, tap "Preview changes", then confirm.

Add staff
Go to "Staff" from the dashboard to create a new Manager or Cashier account. Every staff member gets their own login, and sales are tracked separately by who made them.

Billing & payment
Go to "Billing" to see your current plan and the amount of your next invoice (plan + VAT), and change your plan if needed. If there's an outstanding invoice, send a bKash "Payment" (not Send Money) to our merchant number and submit the transaction ID — your account is reactivated once it's verified.

View reports and profit/loss
Go to the "Reports" tab to see daily sales, total credit outstanding, and stock figures all in one place. Here you can see each day's sales value, cost of goods sold (COGS), and gross profit shown separately — if a product's cost price changes, it's reconciled against the old stock's average cost automatically, so a previous day's profit figure never changes after the fact. If a product's cost price was never entered, its profit will show as ৳0 — edit that product from "Products" and fill in the "Cost price" field.

Add your shop's name, address, phone number, and your own logo here — this information is shown on every sales receipt.
