Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 28, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the NexPOS software and service, operated by Next Event Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By using NexPOS, you are considered to have agreed to these terms.

1. About us

NexPOS is operated by Next Event Technologies, Trade License No. 1230050817 (Sylhet City Corporation), address Al Falah Complex, Lal Bazar, Sylhet, Bangladesh.

2. Accounts & subscriptions

3. Acceptable use

You may not use NexPOS for unauthorized access, reverse-engineering, resale without written permission, or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this term.

4. Your data

Any data you enter into NexPOS (products, sales, customer information, etc.) remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through our payment gateway partner SSLCommerz, or other means we provide (such as manual bKash verification, where applicable). We do not store your full card or mobile banking details — these are handled directly under our payment gateway partner's own security standards.

6. Service availability

We try to keep NexPOS running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of NexPOS. For any claim, our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use NexPOS after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
